| Adult Clinic Training (ACT) is OPT's premiere training service for those over 18. These small group workouts utilize integrated total body training techniques that contain all the essential elements needed by your movement system. However, even one of these specialized workouts will not get you very far by itself. Health, Fitness, and Performance gains are attained by working out on a consistent basis. To be consistent takes commitment and accountability. Commitment and accountability will result in your real reward, a healthier, more fit, better performing, and happier you. Our training system will challenge you but is easy to follow. These workouts contain the OPTions to meet the special needs of almost anyone. Those in need of extreme specialization should check out our PET program. |

SET (SPORTS ENHANCEMENT TRAINING) |

| OPT's Sport Enhancement Training (SET) is offered for various age groups. We allow up to 8 serious athletes in each workout and as always apply a science based integrated total body training approach with an emphasis on building a physical and mental foundation for competitive success. At this level our goal is to create the correct habits, patterns, techniques, and practices that will provide our athletes with the best chance to reach there unknown potential. As in all our training services, commitment and accountability is required up front. Consistently doing things right is for necessary optimal results and performance. At OPT we think of our clients as partners with a common goal. We provide the place, the program, and the coaching and you provide the effort, the dedication, and the work. This will give us both a successful and satisfying outcome. |

PET (PERSONAL ENHANCEMENT TRAINING) |

| There are several reasons someone cannot join the ACT or SET programs. Perhaps your schedule is so dynamic is just won't work. Maybe you have past or present injuries or conditions that require one on one attention. Or you could need very specific training for a very specific event like a professional sport combine. For those that fall in these categories OPT's offers elite one on one Personal Training. These workouts are designed to cater to one individual person and there needs and wants. |
