SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Training for different sports means using different techniques that exsituate the athletes ability to perform the demands of their sport. Sports Performance training addresses any fundamental movement dysfuctions utilizing an extra phase in the Stabilization Training continuum known as Corective Exercise. It also entails an extra phase within the Power Training continuum know as Maximal Power to ensure the athlete can express their new gains in strength effectively as speed within their sport.
